Na twee jaar afwezigheid is het dan eindelijk weer zo ver: De Wine Professional vindt weer plaats in de Europa Foyers en Diamond Lounge van de RAI Amsterdam. Ook wij zijn dit jaar van de partij.
Ik heb het genoegen om 6 wijnproducenten aan jou voor te stellen. Zij zullen met veel plezier hun wijnen presenteren. Ik voer al hun wijnen met exclusiviteit voor de Nederlandse markt.

Mocht je samen met een of meerdere wijnproducenten wijn willen proeven, dan kan je doorgeven welke dag(-en) je op de Wine Professional bent, zodat we een tijdstip kunnen inplannen. Natuurlijk kan je ook langslopen wanneer het uitkomt. Dan kijken we ter plekke wat we voor je kunnen betekenen.
GASTRONOMISCHE MASTERCLASS QUINTA DO PILOTO DINSDAG 10 JANUARI IN HET “PROEFSCHRIFT VINODROOM” TIJD: 14:00-14:45 UUR Eigenaar en wijnmaker Filipe Cardoso van Quinta do Piloto zal een boeiende gastronomische masterclass geven over wat Portugese wijnen zo aantrekkelijk maakt voor de restaurantwereld. Hij laat een aantal wijnen en moscatels uit Setúbal proeven. Deze zullen aan de proeftafel gepaard gaan met een zachte Portugese schapenkaas, een chocolade bonbon en Portugese pudding met sinaasappel en karamel. Op deze manier wil Filipe jou verrassen en de veelzijdige inzetbaarheid laten zien van zijn wijnen.
