This Vintage has a unique personality and we only produce in the classic years. It was made from the Quinta’s best grapes with a traditional and long wine making. The wine was aged in stainless steel vessels for 12 months and then in old wood casks until bottling at the 2nd year.

It is an intense, ripe and full-bodied wine, and a positive ageing in the bottle is predictable for a several years after bottling, with the wine acquiring a character of its own.

Goat and sheep blue cheeses, red meats, traditional sausages and chocolate.
